Bad Animation File Format; Anyone Know a Fix?

Whenever I try starting up DayZ on steam, I get an error message of the following:

Bad animation file format in folder

'dz/anims/data/anim/sdr/mov/knl/stp/ras/non/cdzpamovpknlmstpsraswnondnon_hands.rtm'

Just updated to the latest patch not sure if that has anything to do w/ this.

Anyone know a fix? Not a computer genius so I rely on the fellow community for help
