Please wait.../"you are dead"/unconscious spawning

So yeah title sums it up, i can't spawn anymore stuck on screens that say :

-Please wait...

-you are dead

-unconscious

 

PS : would have posted that in bug but can't find the : "post bug button in the bug thread"
