Burlop Sack and other uses (I.e) Bandit Head/Makeshift mask)

Can we please be able to craft an item that is similar to this with the Burlop sack please because i really like running around with it. And if its not asked too much maybe be able to paint it black or grey with Spray cans.

lol weird that this got no replies, it's been suggested before. I don't think there's been any official word, but there was a bug last patch that caused people to be able to see out of the burlap sack and it was quite popular as a facemask.
