NY8 Chain D/Cer Death Avoider Probable Duper

Foreword: I'm not really advocating for or against it, but I killed this guy, twice, and he d/c'd again before I just had to straight up d/c to have a chance because I couldn't get out of the area.

The guys name is [RB] Doctor or something like that. I was looking for these guys who had killed me before and if they were still in the same city I was going to get them. The city, Chernogorsk, has vantage points and I found a pair of binoculars so I was going to use them to find the guys. I had a makarov and a shotgun, so it wasn't even to snipe. I looked over on the other building just cause I was scanning the area for them and I see this guy on the edge of what had to have been the tallest building in Chernogorsk. So I go prone and take careful aim then calmly shoot him down with my makarov. Ok cool, he disconnected and I got the friendly fire kill so I can go loot his corpse. I climb all the way up the ladder, which took me a bit to get to and climb up, and find the guy there, right in front of his corpse, probably duping off of it. I wait carefully and unload my entire makarov clip into him (somehow he didn't even hear me climbing up). I loot his corpse for a bit then start climbing back down, and as I climb back down, this guy comes back again and tries to kill me, I would have shot him, but I thought since I actually got the kill message the second time that it would have counted.

To clarify, I'm not reporting a guy that d/c'd before I could kill him. I'm reporting a guy who avoided death by d/cing, I had 2 corpses up there by the time I left.

The time that it happened was about 5:10-5:25 EST.
