Tents multiplying and losing loot

Recommended Posts

Date/Time: June, 23rd, 2012

What happened: Tents keep multiplying while losing all the loot stored in them

Where you were: At our base camp

What you were doing: Scratching our heads confused..

*Current installed version: 1.7.1.5

*Server(s) you were on: US 124

*Your system specs: i7, 12gb ram, GTX 570

*Timeline of events before/after error:

Long story short.. we found a nice area to set up camp.. I laid down a total of 4 tents that we had searched all day for. I wanted them placed down nice and organized all in a line. I noticed that when I would put down a tent, and then re-pack it because it wasnt lined up properly with the others, after a server restart that tent would duplicate. There would be a tent in the spot I left it at, as well as the spot I re-packed it from meaning the tents sort of overlapped each other. This only happens after server restarts. The server we play on resets every 6 hours, so if we don't play for a 12 or 18 hour period then when we log back on we can have as many as 12 tents duplicating.

The major problem is when these tents duplicate, they lose all of our loot. We are forced to put all of our loot in only 2 tents, as they do not multiply so the loot stays in them. Odd bug.. but now we are down atleast 10 very nice guns, a bunch of ammo, but have gained a total of 30 tents in the process.
