I don't really know the intricacies or the rules for having to set it up but I think it would be a great idea to get some extra funding to you guys - would certainly help with the work load you guys are having and let's face it - monetary incentive never hurt anybody. The general answer has been that rocket, the head dev on the DayZ project, simply doesn't want the complications of dealing with other peoples money... at least not yet.Read that post I just linked.
