"You are dead" bug

Dear members and Dev's,

before everybody starts shouting, this is not the normal "you are dead" bug.

I died on the airstrip in a regular server and exit the server with the text "you are unconscious", I tried to log in on a new server, but now the message is "you are dead". i cant respawn and i have it in all regular servers. i cant create a new character, but I can join Hardcore servers with my hardcore character. I also deleted and re-installed the game, but it didn't help.

While i'm typing this messages, the same happens to a friend of mine, she now has the same problem, but then with her hardcore character

any suggestions?
