Lower quality food/water and stuff like bandages.

Hi.

Maybe stuff that lets say we call consumables like food/water/bandages and other medical stuff that You use on people/Yourself could have more chances to infect You or make You sick if its closer to ruined. So what I mean is. When items are pristine then its no problem but for example if You are using badly damaged spaghetti or bandages You could have some chance to get either infected or sick?

EDIT:

It would make Injection Vial and alcohol thingy and other stuff more usefull
