I have 2 MAJOR problems, and I need help.

Okay:

I'm going to be VERY THOROUGH since nobody understands what I am talking about.

Problem 1: I CANNOT SEE MY CREATED PROFILES.

It's like I don't even make them.

The list of profiles isn't existent whenever I try to edit one.

Problem 2: I CANNOT USE THE PLAYER NAME TYPING AREA.

In the place where you create a profile, I cannot click or type in the place where you type your player name.

I need to know how to fix it.

Please understand that I just started today, so I don't know if these are common bugs or if it's an error with my game.

GUYS PLEASE I AM DESPERATE.

I'VE LOOKED EVERYWHERE AND NOBODY ELSE IS HAVING THIS PROBLEM.
