1920x1080 FoV

I've read a little about the arma 2 fov settings, just wondering if anyone has any recommended fov settings for a 1920x1080 res? Right now it pretty much feels like my eyeballs are on poles sticking out of my face. I've no interest in making sure it keeps to "realism" which is basically the guideline of the fov link given in the Tweak guide on this forum, but just make it comfortable to play on.

there's always double tapping the "-" key on the numpad, this changes the fov aswell.
