Game time inaccurate at server select for some servers?

I haven't run into this a lot, but was just curious if anyone else had. Server info will not say anything about 24 hour day or night, it will seem like a regular server, and say the time says it is 11:07 game time, I log in and it is pitch black, or it will say 23:00 hours, and it will be broad daylight.

 

Did not see anything searching for this, and like it said it is fairly rare, just wondering if I am missing something or if it is a known issue?
