Can't respawn!

Hi I bought the game just before the new patch and I have been playing it for a while... however I really don't like this new patch as several things have just been altered which affects my game-play. Anyway, My problem is that it now seems that because i died on a NON hardcore server I can't re-spawn on any other server at all... it just comes up with ' YOU ARE DEAD' and the re-spawn button blacked out... PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME CAUSE I LOVED THIS GAME AND IT WOULD BE A SHAME FOR ME TO NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY IT!!

finally got rid of and im respawning in 227 seconds i believe i figured it out if you know the dupe glitch ( when joining a server quit when ready on bottom left appears then join back ing) fixes this problem....

I have this same issue. Tried the Dupe Glitch and it didnt work. However it just let me right back in without the timeout but I got the same message.
