Moveable Compass/Watch ( main hud )

We have always been able to move and enlarge etc compass and watch on the map screen, but the items in question especially the compass have always been in the way to me on the screen..

can we at all have the ability to select the compass with mouse on main view/gameplay window and move it away from the middle of the screen?
