Okay I looked and haven't seen a topic on this. If I missed it then my apologies.

 

 

Anyway, while I was playing and pray painted my Mosin I thought. " It would be pretty neat to dye your clothing a color you would like."  Would add to the character customization. Of course you would have to find the dye and stuff, or maybe go more complex with having to mix colors to get the color you want.

 

Just a little idea I had. What you all think?

Dyed clothing would require the implementation of the functionality to do so in the engine, which ATM I don't think exists. They have included many more clothing items in multiple colours already, but these are handled by a simple config change and so don't require any change in the engine.

 

I'm not saying that it won't be done, just that it may be easier to just go out and find the item in the colour you want to begin with.
