Bugged inside walls and Server list load fail

Any idea when these things are going to be fixed? I have to reload every time i log off a server to go to the bathroom or eat or what have you. And im stuck in a bulding wall that I cannot get out of AT All.

Try going prone and crawling around to locate any wall openings then try to vault through.  If your unable to glitch yourself back out your character will be lost in which case go to the main menu and select default character to reset.
