I don#t think, that this gun was in Arma2.

I've seen these before. Russian Revolving Shotgun. Didn't really take off over here because half of our states legislated the DA version as a semi auto shotgun, which put it in a higher category than most people can get and there are better firearms in that category than this, and nobody wanted to take the risk on the SA version because every state's weapons licencing wouldn't give it in writing that they could have them on, a relatively easy to get, Cat A licence.

 

I don't know how popular they are in Russia but it just seems too niche to be popular in a country such as Chernarus (which is kinda Czech Republic but not) and therefore shouldn't be added except for shits and giggles IMO.
