How I fixed "Low memory", "Corrupt memory" and random crashes

Recommended Posts

I've had problems with this since the day I installed Dayz and I know a lot of other people got the same problem too. I tried change every settings I could. However this didn't solve my problems so here's what I did to solve these "random" crashes.

1: Updated all drivers.

2: Checked the temperatures of my CPU and GPU ( http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html is a good free tool for this ).

Anyway, my CPU-temperatures were nearly 85 Celsius while NOT playing the game. I did open my computer and cleaned all fans as good as I could. And I believe this is what finally solved the problem for me. Dayz work fine now! So try to clean your computer if you get the same errors.

I could play Battlefield 4 and such without problems but I guess Dayz is very heavy on the CPU.
