Mouse Acceleration

Hey all,

 

Ive got an issue with Mouse acceleration, Quite simply, i cant turn it off, Ive turned my sensitivity down but it seems to speed up when i look around too much!

You are correct. I imagine this will be addressed sometime in the near future. Till then, turn down sensitivity and turn off smoothing, re wire your brain to get used to it, don't worry, just when you adjust to things like this it will be changed. Good luck!

Is mouse acceleration being fixed?

It is not fixed in this update, but we plan to make control changes. It is not as simple as turning it "off" as the speed your character turns is not dictated by the mouse itself, but your movements combined with the type of weapon you have, how tired you are, etc.

Definitely an interesting feature that I can't wait to see, especially for first person servers.
