Dayz mod plays in windowed mode, window mode is not selected

I play on DayZ epoch, i find a server using dayZ commander. When i launch the game it is in window mode even though it is not selected, i would like to play in full screen, I have tried re-installing dayZ and to no success, if anyone can help me to get the game back in full screen it would be a great help, thanks.

I have had this before in other games and Arma, keep unchecking and checking the box, or drop down menu, until it goes full screen.

So just check window mode, launch the game, close the game then un-check windowed mode, then launch the game again, then just repeat
