New Player with some questions...

Hello, I just start playing DayZ SA Saturday and I have a couple of questions:

 

1.- It's normal to die and die and die... I'm talking, be alive for maybe a couple of days and then get attacked by some rampaging zombies? 

2.- What happen to Items that are left in the middle of nowhere, let say I found some items like food and weapons and I just drop the items on a "secret" spot in the middle of the map, if I respawn, can I go to the spot and the items will still be there?

3.- I can't find any guns, I found some ammo but no weapons... did some one already take them and I have to wait until server respawn items or it's just my bad luck?

1. I don't understand the question, sorry. It's normal for a new player to find the game difficult and die repeatedly, yes. If that's what you're asking anyways...

 

2. They will disappear when the server restarts.

 

3. Weapons are rare. Just keep looking...

Thanks Mos1ey... yes that is what I was trying to ask :P, I'm just kind of starting to get in the game and I was wondering if I was doing something wrong on my approach to search and collect items or if is normal to have a short lifespan on the game before other player or zombie will get you.

 

I have read some of the posts on the "New Player" part of the forum but there are so many that I will probably spend more time reading than playing the game!!!
