How Do I opt out of Exp testing and back to the current version?

Recommended Posts

I tried searching didn't find anything, it seems steam wont let me go back to the current versions of servers.

Im playing on the test build atm how do I backdate to the server standard?

Need answers fast, friend is dying.

You just click properties on right-click dayz and go to Beta and then select "none"

Does the game re-download if you do this? I have been tempted to try out experimental, but my concern is downloading the whole game again to go back to stable branch if the servers are too busy to get on.

I'm going to assume it doesn't do this,

I think it would just dump the experimental files?

Yes, the game does an quick update to get onto the experimental, and once you change back it just does another quick one :)
