When do experimental servers restart?

I really wanted to test experimental again, but the servers don't appear to restart so everything is loot stripped and I'm starving to death...anyone know when they restart or which servers restart?

Exp servers restart every four hours

Please remember, the Exp servers are currently running at or close to capacity 24/7. Chances are that even at restart, you're going to be late to the party.

It doesn't even matter which town! Everything is looted. I love it!

Came across an SKS just sitting on a floor. Took me 15 mins to check the rest of the town. It was completely looted! Felt for sure it was a trap.
