Wired head bob thingy

Ok so iv been playing for about 3 days and everything has runned smoothly but then suddenly when i died today everything just F**ked up.

1 - i spawned in the middle of no were and i ran for about 1 an houre in one direction but i found nothing

2 - i have this wired head bob thing i have totaly disabled head bob in the game menue so i is not that and it seems very glitchy

3 - the game suddenly became very blurry and dark not bright and nice as it was before and no it was not raining or anything it was nothing like before totaly glitchy.

i have done almost alle the tips and tricks out there i could find but non seemed to work if u guys don't come up with something i think that last thing ill do is full reinstall or just simply install OS again and everything

I recored some footage from were i spawned there was alot of other ppl there but all seemed to be AFK and did not respond to either voice or text communication:
