Blue Graphics Issue

When I sign into a server I have an issue with my graphics being interlaced with a blue screen, I've adjusted my settings multiple times and I can't seem to fix the issue.

Processor: Intel Core i3 CPU 530 @ 2.93GHz

RAM: 6 GB

Memory: 882 GB

Graphics: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD
