A few General Player questions about Test/Experimental Servers

I really enjoy playing on Test/Experimental Servers for the fact that people are less likely to battle log because it takes forever to get back in because of over crowding but I can't seem to find servers sometimes. So off to my questions:

 

1. How do I find other test servers? For the last patch I used Gametracker to find SE and US servers and had to input the IP in Remote, but since the last update they have been down.

 

2. Why is it that I sometimes only find the UK servers and other times the DE, and other times again none at all and I have to go through Remote and manually input the IP? (I have no ping limitations set so that's not it)

 

3. Are these servers privately owned or are they ran by BIS?

 

4. Why are there only 4 servers per region? ( 2 Regular, 2 Hardcore)

 

5. This one it just a general server question: Why don't my favorite servers show up after I've favorited them?

Filter for the patch version: 114855

Also, set ping to 0 so it ignores ping times entirely.

I believe all exp servers are owned by BIS.

Yeah tried all that already, doesn't work for me
