At Balota on the second floor of the Prison I found this Beret that I haven't seen anyone bring up,

It has by far the longest name of any item I've seen

It belongs to the Chedaki Russian Extremists who were trying to overthrow the Chernarussian Government and take over the Republic of Chernarus
