Any Tips On How To Decrease Lag?

right now I have a decent FPS (25ish  in balota, which is pretty decent considering the fact that my machine is a macbook pro 13" mid-2010 model (installed bootcamp so im playing on window 7)

 

so I'm really not interested in increasing the fps  anymore

 

I gave up on rocket fixing the cities for mass fps drop

 

but I really really really really feel like whenever I'm looking at a building from close or whenever I'm in it, my mouse sensitivity seems increase dramatically...

 

omg i hate that so much but I really don't count on rocket fixing that...

 

so I was wondering is there is a fix for that

 

please help

Soo... Do you want to fix lag or mouse sensitivity?
