Zombie Hoards!

Hello Heroes and Bandits!

I love DayZ SA and I think it is probably one of my favourite games in my steam library so far!

This suggestion is in no way disrespecting the game, just a suggestion!

 

I have played the SA for many hours and two things have come to my attention.

 

• Most people enter towns casually and take minimum caution (Though this could be argued)
• Entering towns is simple and has no huge challenge apart from Bandits

 

My suggestion to fix both of these problems is to include maybe 2 - 3 hoards of zombies that travel to towns and cities.

The zombies will form a cluster of about 15 - 20 zombies (Maybe more) and will really spice up game play.

KoS will be lowered because more than one person will be needed in order to try and escape and fight off the hoards.

This could also lead to things like barricading doors/windows, though not becoming a building simulator, they can provide defence needed.

Also, this will make players think about how they will avoid the hoard and gives the player that little bit more of an adrenaline

rush when they see the hoard behind them on the road when they haven't been paying attention.

 

Though, if this was ever to get added, zombies would have to be fixed (Walking through walls, seeing through walls, etc.)
