Port-A-Jons, Bowel Movements, Hygenic Products, And Plastic Bags

Can we have a bowels system in the game? The need to stop and pee or poop after eating/drinking, also have plastic bags in the game so you can bag it and bring it with you so that bandits cant track you. or atleast be able to bury it. Also why do none of the military bases have port-a-jons?

You'd have to have more $£&* than a stampede of diarrhetic camels for bandits to be able to track you. One lonely turd every 24 hours isn't going to help bandits much.
