Not For Now But Mb In The Future

Hello there! I see few theme about NPC traders, but it's not so good in content like they think. Good trader never forgot about his own life. But in the mod i see NPC that just stand and wait. Wait for what? For zombie? For bandits? It's realy don't good part of game story. Can you present that few peoples survived after zombie apocalypses, they must be smart they must be hard and always on the road. What about rail road, millitary base at train with steam engine, all what they need it's fuel (water and wood) and food, mb sometimes items for repair train. But they don't stand at one place, only few hours in a city and than move. Their full way can pass a week or two abroad the map, and than go back in Chernorus. And if they hear shoots they go away immediately.
 
I don't know why but it's seems to be good idea, but who knows what could happen when they came in Cherno.. who knows XD

don't apologize for your english, you speak more languages than i do.

 

in the vanilla DayZ experience, you will see this all the time - in the form of another player. as far as NPC's go, I don't think you'll ever see this in the Standalone version unless/until they open it up to community modification. Which they better.

I didn't play it for more than a few lives, but it seems you're thinking along the lines of the DayZ Epoch mod. This mod features a currency system and NPC traders.

As far as a train goes, I personally love the idea of being able to build/operate/maintain a train, granted it's not my idea originally (nor yours lol) I think it would make a good End Game concept.

 

I made a whole post about that, but I think as a community we need to talk about what we want to see included in this game at time of release.
