Weapon problems

When i try to get into a server an error message pops up. It says no entry: (a gun) e.g m24 sniper rifle. when i try to spawn one in single player the same message pops up. I don't know if this is a problem with arma or Dayz. The guns are always hight tier like the the bizon or the m21

If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated
