Maybe as an RP thing. When you create your character, or respawn you have a list of former occupations (firefighter, soldier, cop, tourist, construction worker, convict, ect.) That give you an item (Non game affecting)
All players spawn with a wallet with the character ID and info, but a soldier has dogtags, firefighter and cop have badges, tourist has that last picture taken of their family... Convict could be in a jumpsuit, and construction guy could have a bright construction permit. Walk around with those memoribilia to show not only who you killed but WHAT you killed. Maybe make people spawn in places according to their old job (NOT NEAR MILITARY BASES, POLICE STATIONS OR FIREHOUSES, THOSE GUYS SPAWN IN A HOUSE MAYBE.) I mean, if I was a soldier who spawned in a rather nice house, Id be inclined to use it as my base to give it a personal feeling. That was where my wife turned, thats where my son used to play, thats the suicide letter my best friend wrote...And that picture on the table is the last I have of my family...

Actually, I typed this in steam cause a guy wanted soldiers spawned with m4s by default. I figured it was worthy of being put here, so I copied and pasted. Also, doesn't the rules say constructive posts only?
