Theoretically. Bloodbags In This Game Are Impossible

One simple reason;

Bloodbags and other bags like salin must be cooled before you use it.

 

Bloodbags stored in your (often hot) backbag that you use  will most definatly give you blood poisoning in real life...

Don't worry, you can't use the blood and saline bags in the game, in real life. You are safe.
