Bounty Hunter 16 Posted January 28, 2014 Saw this video being passed around in random threads within the comments and found it really useful in filling the knowledge gaps I had about these mechanics in Dayz. If anyone hasn't seen this yet and doesn't understand the hunger, thirst, regenerating blood and health mechanics it should help!
Element47 2480 Posted January 28, 2014 (edited) its stickied in this very subforum, so if someone missed it (like you) then he needs to learn2forum http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/159251-merinos-in-depth-video-guides-updated-jan-22nd-all-medical-items-to-keep-or-not-to-keep/ edit: of course, one cannot be reminded often enough of the fantastic work my colleague Merino has done, so beans for that. ;) Edited January 28, 2014 by e47
knifeparty 109 Posted January 28, 2014 Great information for understanding how the system works, but since last patch they have lowered some of the total values it takes to reach max stomach, food, and water from what I have been able to determine. Looking forward to another video! Love Merino's vids.

For blurry vision just go into options and click video settings, it should just adjust and stop the blur but you'll have to eat and drink to become healthy and regain blood for the colour loss. Check out the guide thats been mentioned as it'll help :)
Delarado 5 Posted January 29, 2014 dont do any trick for blurry ness. eat and drink everything until you have the healthy status. if you dont have this, you are somewhere between dead and 99% health. Thats what the blur is telling you.
