They can name it whatever they want (within a certain frame) and I am pretty sure that is just to lure more players into their server.

Gotta get my M4 brah! This game is too hard without server loot resetting every 20 minutes so i dont have to encounter any sort of challenge whatsoever! GAWSH!

Great server hosted by me and my friends, make sure you come over and play a little, not everyone are KOS scumbags.

I have seen a couple servers like that.

 

I play on Zombz.net and Trainwreckers.  Both are cool and I like having a home server setup.
