Broken bones, damage localisation, modifications about it, need your Rocket :))

Recommended Posts

Hi guys !

First sorry i dont use use the right word to say what i wanna say but am not english native.

Second, i dont use to read this forum. I hope this subject wasnt already discussed, and if it was no problem, its a very important subject for me !

Third, i wanna discuss about broken bones and damage localisation in ArmaII. Am sure Arma II motor may have a very good damage localisation so why dont use it ?

What i mean ? At the moment, have a broken bone mean you crawl.

Why ? Except if you was backshot in the vertebral column. I really dont understand this way of crawling when you got a broken bone on a survival and realistic game like this one.

I propose you to comment my idea.

We have legs, arms, foots, hands... USE IT !

Exemple :

Arms : Got a arm's broken b one mean you don't have a very good acurracy, like when you need painkiller or less than this effect.

Hands : If your hand is hurt, you cannot use secondary weapon, only primary.

Legs : If you're legs is broken, you can only walk very slowy.

Foot : If your foot is hurt, you cannot walk only crawl.

I dont say this system is perfect, but i really dont understand why you, Rocket, make a realistic game like it and didnt imagine a simple system like this one. :)

Im waiting for your comment, i hope you understood my idea : stop this shit : one bone broken = you crawl.

Thanks :)
