Most of the servers Ill try to play on don't save my character.  Been like this since the patch.  The issue is still ongoing for me.  Anyone else?

Certain servers have issues since the last patch. All servers are currently being checked by the Dayz team to solve this issue

I have yet to experience any issue with character resets. I play on the most filled up US Hardcore servers.

Try sticking to one server and if you switch servers, make sure its 1.  The same type of server (ie hardcore / softcore) 2.  Stay in each server no less than 1 min.    I have found that even on my clan server if I go in, leave with in a min and come back in, for one of many reasons, that I will have lost my gear....I believe its been an Anti-hopping "feature".

You mean you don't spawn with minigun and flack vest when you log in?

 

That sounds like a pretty serious bug, you should report it. Shit, if that kept happening to me I'd stop playing!
