Berry Nodes? Little white "plant bulbs/pods" in the forest...

Has anyone else seen these little white "plant bulb/plant pod" looking things scattered in the forest? I saw over two dozen of them on the ground travelling throught the woods nw of Balota. I think they are supposed to be our berry nodes...

 

Sorry I don't have a pic. I thought I was getting lots of screenshots, but apparently not. I'll grab a screenshot next time I pass by one, but someone else please confirm if you have seen them or can grab a pic before me.

You mean the mushrooms? That's the only thing I can think of. They've always been there.Of course, I haven't played the game since the latest patch since I want to make sure they fix all the server issues.

 They, too, perplexed me when I first played Arma II. On my lowest graphic settings I thought they were spoons or something.
