Ok, there are 4 robbers in Payday with their respective iconic masks, but in the game we only have 3 of 4. What sense does this make? Do they just hate people with ocd? What?

i, too, wonder this because I always play as chains in payday 2 and wouldn't mind bearing his likeness in my conquest across Cherwhateverthefuckrussianland
