Just blackscreen if I join a server

Hey guys,

I bought the game today, downloaded it and installed it.

I started the game, joined a server and I just see a blackscreen.

 

I dont know why, but I dont see the textures. I updated my graphic card too...

Can anyone help me? 

I want to play this game :(

You're joining night time servers, also try joining servers closer to you..

when you join a server that is currently in the night time mode, you will have to wait for your char's eyes to adjust to the light as well, this can take a minute at times... i usually HOLD Z to lie down immediately upon joining a server, then try TAB to see if my inventory comes up. if it does, then i know that after a short pause stuff will start becomming visible to me, usually light sources first (ie. stars and the moon, if its out). hope this helps!
