Freezing

HI all!

I cant play anymore,because there is a bug[i dont know if it is a bug]but this bug is ruing my gameplay.every 1 min after doing something my game is freezing but i hear the sound of the game and after that it is returning to the normal situation but again after 1 min of gameplay or running my character and the game is freezing and again i hear the sounds of the game and after that the game is returning to the normal situation.I tried EVERYTHING:DELETE THE GAME AND INSTALL IT AGAIN,I DELETED ALL THE FOLDARS OF THE GAME AND REINSTALLED THE GAME,UPDATED MY GRAPHICS CARD[sHAPPIRE HD 7850 2GB]BUT NOTHING HELPS!The bug still apears!Please someone help me please!I cant play anymore!All the gameplay fucked up i cant even get loot because of this bug or issue[i am dying after getting teleported outside of the building when the freezing happans].Please i want to play normally!Someone help me!
