ammo for Magnum?

New player (of SA, anyway). I see much has changed!

 

I found a pristine Magnum pistol and a pristine box of .357 Magnum rounds, but can't load them. I've tried dragging the ammo on to the pistol, with the pistol in my hands and packed. Nothing works so to save further time wasting:  is this the wrong ammo??

I haven't done exactly this, but had a similar "huh??" Moment with 5.56.

Right click the box and empty it first.

The .357 MIGHT require a speed loader. Someone else can tell you that.

Yep, take the ammo out of the box first. :lol:

You won't need a speedloader to load it, it'll just be quicker with one.
