dayz wont work/bug

My friend is having some dayz problems :/ so basically when ever he launches the game he gets a message saying Files "C:\program files (x86)\ steam\steam apps\common\Arma 2 operation Arrowhead\baf\addong\dubbing_baf.pbo", at first he was getting a message saying he had to install more stuff, so we try'd re-installing over watch ( the game type we play on dayz) then it still didn't work, after that he re-installed arma 2 and arma 2 OA, now when he launches it, it starts up as over watch when he launches it through steam, but arma 2 and arma 2 OA work fine when he launches by clicking on the icon. we use dayz commander but every time he try's to play the game it says he needs to install somthing we checked and we have every thing up to date. can anyone help us out please? thanks for reading.

run it to patch =)
 

to launch you should have something like this, just change the location to match your setup.
This is the correct setup, want to play DayZ, just remove the overwatch part =)

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead\Expansion\beta\arma2oa.exe" "-mod=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\expansion;@DayzOverwatch" 

Steam:
Hightlight Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead, right click then go down to Properties
Click set launch options..... paste the above code into it. close and play!
