Anyone else have this happening to them?

 Anyone else having this issue? It started after I downloaded the new patch. If there is a way to fix this please let me know. I tried the "flush" trick already and it didnt seem to help any. Any feed back would be much appreciated.

Apologies, I wasn't sure how to go about even describing it. Yes its the horizontal lines. They're on ever server and fluctuate. Its like the textures aren't loading properly or something. They lines move around on the ground where ever I look.

 

As for settings Im running an asus with an I-5 processing unit, 6 Gb ram and a 64 bit operating system. This is a recent issue that happened after the new update. It happens no matter what server I join.
