Camp the area, and shoot anyone you see spawn. 

this. ofcourse i did hop-looting myself too since it was possible, but soon realized the high yield areas are practically warzones.

 

but yeah they must be working on it, since it's clearly a broken mechanic.

Huge problem what can be done to fix it? 

 

I stay in ATC tower on low pupulated servers with my trusty axe.
