M4A1 CCO's Aimpoint not accurate

Recommended Posts

It is an ArmA issue.

Use regular STANAG magazines and you won't have a problem.

Nope' date=' never had this issue in ArmA 2 nor in OA.

Go in to the editor, place down some weapon creates and a target

Load up an unsuppressed M16/AK-74 with STANAG SD/AK-74SD. You WILL get the same results.

I've been playing arma 2 for years and never i've encountered this issue. Only difference is that the sd-ammo moves about 1/2 speed of an supersonic one and starts to drop faster because of this.

What i suggest for you is to stop throwing assumptions out of your ass and try it out for yourself.

I'm pretty sure that no ballistic curve in real life has a subsonic round or any round for that matter arcing above the angle of the barrel bore. If someone can find proof that in real life this occurs please show me.

If this is just a temporary solution by the devs (which I don't understand their logic for changing the ballistics to affect a sound/zombie aggro issue) then I guess its acceptable for now.
