Character resetting?

hello, i am new to the forums have had the game a couple weeks now ive noticed that the last couple days my character keeps resetting. Im assuming this is a known issue? any info would be great thanks.

Yeah its a known issue. Basically, its something to do with servers not saving/loading your character data correctly from the hive. I would just avoid playing for a few days.

If I start a fresh character, is there a chance that my old one will eventually be re-established? Because then I'm just wasting my time with the new guy.
