You are sitting on a pilates ball wtf? :D

 

It helps with lower back pain and I can throw it across the room when I get killed with a Mosin out of nowhere.

I've heard about that pilates ball/backless chair stuff. Does that actually work? Its seems like it'd be uncomfortable as can be with no back support....

 I spent $200 and $500 on fancy workstation chairs and both of them still caused my lower back pain. I bought this ball for $20 and it solved the problem in 3 days.
