how to refresh server list faster?

Since the patch my game will just freeze whenever I refresh the server list.

 

I put the ping limit at <80, shouldn't be to many servers though.

 

Any idea why this is happening? And how to fix it?

Ping setting is just for the filter. It doesn't change the server search tho, just the display part.
