Still have high desync issue when play with friends

After new patch I still have high desync issue when I meet my friends (Always 100.000). When I go away from my friends or play alone, It's very ok and good to play. Anyone have the same issue with me? :(

I try everything (Disable firewall, antivirus, re-install game, verify game...) and not work.

IDK any solutions all I can think of is try find a good server near you if you already haven't tried. Find one with the LOWEST possible ping for. I know its not much and you probably already tried but I'm saying it just in case you haven't. I hope someone can help you out.

Thanks but I try on so many lowest ping server. Desync is high immediately when I meet up my friends :( Play alone is good.

I don't think so, all of them have ping around 100-200
